This was at the temple/shrine. I think this is Shinto. This couple going into the circle stood awhile praying before going through the circle. It is supposed to answer your prayers.
This area is for someone to find a soulmate. You buy a little red charm thing and then hang it with the others. I do not know the details though. Look at all those people hoping for a soulmate.
